Contact form
Any information you include in the contact form will be reviewed for relevance to potential therapy and then deleted. Your enquiry will be forwarded to our email account and then the information will be seen by members of the Clinical Hypnotherapy Chambers. We will then consider which therapist will be best to meet your needs and we will then make contact with you. Should it lead to a consultation, some personal data will be collected and securely stored as appropriate. Any information that is asked for is relevant to developing a therapeutic plan, but you don’t have to divulge anything you don’t want to.
